Mariah Carey Finally Confirms Her Relationship Status But There's a Catch

It's only been a few months since Mariah Carey's major split from her billionaire ex-fiancé James Packer, but it looks like the megastar singer hasn't lingered at all on the past because she recently annonuced that she's already moved on to a new romance with her backup dancer Bryan Tanaka.

Carey posted an Instagram picture of her and Tanaka in a hot tub drinking champagne on Valentine's Day.

"I'm just going to be like 'I really don't talk about my personal life, '" she says, during the conversation when asked about her love life. I just don't feel comfortable talking about my personal life.

Mariah Carey has made many public appearances with Bryan.

Tanaka was the backup dancer on Carey's world tour. CTV shares Carey's words, that indicate she still feels "vilified" by the event and that she is misunderstood.

Carey's ex-husband Nick Cannon, meanwhile, recently speculated that her romance with Tanaka was artificially generated for the cameras. She was spotted at a beach in Hawaii previous year in December, at a Christmas performance where the two were holding hands.

Mariah Carey was engaged to James Packer before she started going out with Bryan Tanaka. However, fans are all over the "Without You" singer's new beau.

The new couple will be joined by Carey's twins, Moroccan and Monroe, from her marriage to Nick Cannon. However, even though the pair appeared to be a couple and that they were fully involved in a romance, based on the final moments of Mariah's World, some individuals were skeptical about whether the relationship is a scripted one or not.

"First of all, I think the whole reality show is fake". "And I was thinking about it the other night and I said, 'You know, this is applicable to so many different people that have been in my life'".

Carey is due to hit the road this spring with Lionel Richie for "All the Hits Tour", which runs from March 15 through May 27. Like, that s- doesn't happen, ' he explained.
