North Korea begins tests to load Anthrax onto ICBMs, report says

The White House National Security Strategy, released Monday, also said Kim Jong Un is working on chemical and biological weapons.

[T] he testing involves ensuring the anthrax survives the vast temperatures generated during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.

The US and Canada say countries that sent forces as part of a United Nations command to support South Korea during the Korean War will participate.

North Korea is believed to have started its chemical and biological weapons program in the early 1960s and began possibly weaponizing biological agents in the 1980s, according to the report.

A Japanese newspaper reports that North Korea is testing the deadly anthrax virus and other biological elements for use in delivery via long-range missile warheads. "And the US itself is an empire of evils full of plots, fabrications, lies and deceptions". When an intercontinental ballistic missile reenters the earth's atmosphere, it could reach about 7000 degrees of heat.

The statement went on to accuse the US of using "bacteriological" weapons during the Korean War.

North Korea denied the reports, however, with the state-run Korean Central News Agency citing Pyongyang's adherence to the Biological Weapons Convention, thus "maintain [ing] its consistent stand to oppose development, manufacture, stockpiling and possession of biological weapons".

Nuclear attacks aren't the only thing to worry about from North Korea.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also announced a new worldwide group Tuesday to increase the pressure on North Korea for a diplomatic solution to the global crisis over the regime's growing nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

The report said the testing involves ensuring anthrax survives the enormous temperatures generated during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.
