Anti Olympics create a ruckus

Vancover witnessed a campaign of violence which was framed by the Anti-Olympic activistists . Protestors roamed across the city damaging property hurling stones over police creating a scene of disaster all over.

Glass shop windows at the iconic Hudson’s Bay Co., car windows were damaged and trash cans were hurled. Police tried to stop the riot keeping a tab on the causalities and injuries of people. Activists’ primary agenda for protest was the 2010 Winter Games being held in Vancouver They warned of continual protests for weeks and if possible interfere in the events, but so far have not caused any disturbance at any of the venues.

The plight of incidents begun at the main railroad station in east Vancouver and proceeded with a march towards the upscale downtown and West End, leaving behind a saga of wreckage.

The worst happened at the shopping district of Georgia Street, where a small group of activists smashed a plate-glass window at the Hudson’s Bay Co. store featuring Olympic events on flat-screen TVs and mannequins in Team Canada apparel. Left over property was spilled over with Red paint. the activists aren’t scared of the fact that 13 were arrested ,Instead they are demanding of help which they’re sure will be available because of their network and support of noble cause. Government has to seek an alternative measure to please the protestors as their activities seems unstoppable.
