Today it was announced that the company acquires the rights to Apple iPad Fujitsu. The iPad is now hot as Apple has now secured the name.
Everyone is now waiting to see what they expected in the coming weeks. Most importantly, when will iPad delivered. Last Friday, this was already announced. Already in 2003, Fujitsu iPad has applied for trademark. Under this name, the company also sold an organizer. But in early 2009, the company Fujitsu had drawn back to the application. But, before Apple is the brand name in other countries once again secured, Fujitsu once again came on the market.
The negotiations over the name iPad were therefore hard. At first there was silence.But now, Apple does the dispute and the name. Apparently they like to use him for their purchase. Therefore, the equipment was too long a secret, as always, no decision has been made.
Apple assumes the trademark rights and can therefore bring their products to market. Injuries of the name can now no longer occur. Because before they could enforce Fujitsu, Apple has managed to impose themselves. We’ll see what awaits us in the coming days and what Apple will present us.
