The latest gadget from Apple Inc., iPhone 4 caught fire. The phone was attached to the computer and caught fire because the bezel of the device had got extremely hot. The pictures posted by the gadget blog Boy Genius Report shows a partially melted USB cable and an iPhone 4 with burn marks around its dock connector.
As per the site the owner of the iPhone 4 took an AT&T store to see if it could be fixed and “The customer wanted to exchange the iPhone for a new, non-charred unit.”
The owner of the iPhone 4 suffered slight injuries. As it is Apple had been in the news for iPhone 4 signal related problems.
In the past also there have been few incidences when the Apple product has caught fire due to overheating.
