Apple to take steps against customer complaints for the ipad

Following the launch of iPad in the market, the customers were full of complaints regarding the network problems associated with the iPad. Though Apple has managed to get strong sales of the iPad in the opening weekend, there were several complaints.

 

However, Apple in reaction to the complaints from the public is now leaving no stone unturned to make the best improvements for the possible recovery of the faults especially the network. The company is trying its best to ensure that the users do not face any further problems in using the device.

 

Complaints mainly came immediately after 3rd April, its day of launch when the buyers said that they were not able to download anything due to the weakness in the signal. In order to prevent this problem from getting any kind of hindrance on its sales, Apple has looked into this issue.

 

In a statement, Apple said that due to certain problems, the iPad may not be able to rejoin a known Wi-Fi network automatically immediately after restarted. At the same time, in order to prevent this problem, Apple has requested the users of iPad to create a separate and an exclusive Wi-Fi network names so that each band can be identified.

 

It also states that the users should make sure that both the separate networks should use the same type of security. This problem actually may have occurred to those who are third-party Wi-Fi routers. This is the case when for each network the same network name or different security settings are used.
