The ones who already have a troubled iPhone 4 will be given full refund on the cases. The move comes as the answer of the company to silent the recent spat of heavy criticism that it has come under for the malfunction in its popular device.
The program that began this Friday morning can availed from the company from its online website and the online web store. The program is expected to run late September 2010. However the ones who already possess the phone before this Friday on bought it on this day itself a deadline for the end of August 2010 has been set by the company to avail the free refund for their devices.
Customers had complained that touching the iPhone 4’s exterior antenna rim resulted in dampened reception. Finally Apple hosted a press conference on July 16 to announce its resort to give away rubber bumpers that cover the antenna rim for free.
