AOL announced that it reached an agreement to acquire TechCrunch.  TechCrunch is a company that owns and operates TechCrunch and its network of websites committed to technology news, information and other topics.

IBM buys Blade Network Technologies

The U.S. computer group IBM acquired Blade Network Technologies, an unlisted group of cloud computing.  Blade Network Technologies is a privately held company based in California whose capital including manufacturers are NEC and Juniper Networks, and Garnett & Helfrich investor capital.
The manufacturer of Gigabit Ethernet switches also sells virtualization software workloads for cloud environments.
