The Canadian actor Corey Haim, an interpreter of popular films in the ’80s as Lucas and The Lost Boys, was found dead in his apartment in Los Angeles for an apparent overdose.
He was of 38 years. The actor, born in Toronto in 1971, became famous at very young age in the ’80s he started taking drugs. In Lucas he had played alongside Charlie Sheen and Winona Ryder, while in The Lost Boys had starred with Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Patric and Corey Feldman. Haim had become inseparable friend of Feldman – the same age and same problems with drugs – and the two friends had nicknamed ‘The two Corey’, the point of being actors (just under that title) of a reality series a few years ago.
