Gary Coleman died of an intracranial hemorrhage

Gary Coleman, 42, died of an intracranial hemorrhage on Wednesday at his Santaquin home, 55 miles south of Salt Lake City. Coleman had ill health from a kidney disease he suffered as a child. He had at least two kidney transplants and has ongoing dialysis.

In the late ’70s and early ’80s, Gary Coleman was one of television’s brightest stars, the personality around which NBC’s “Strokes” ( the story of two inner-city children who are taken in by a wealthy businessman, his daughter and their housekeeper was built)
