The Internet giant Google has presented these days its newest service. The service goes by the name of Buzz, which can be translated with the business of excitement or rumor.
Buzz is a service similar to Twitter. In Google’s social network, the user can send messages to friends, browse the latest photos from friends on Picasa or Flickr and read the latest reports from companies, celebrities and family.
This service is packed in Google’s e-mail program, Gmail. If you already have an account with Gmail, then you are automatically Buzz users. You must also not be paid extra for friends Search. All people with whom you are in e-mail contact are automatically added to your friends list. Unwanted contacts can be removed.
Google Buzz: Public or private?
When writing a new message, the user determines whether they should be visible to all friends, or only for selected persons. The status messages will automatically lands in the inbox of the relevant contacts. Messages can be commented on and evaluated positively rated comments will appear in the list above, as extraneous information. Photos and videos are displayed directly in Buzz and do not need to be accessed through a link.
Buzz will also display messages from users not directly connected to your network, through feedback Google to customize the information specifically to the interests of the user. Data protection officials are concerned about the amount of data that are collected by the group around the leading search engine in this way. Please also note that public announcements not only for friends but for all users of buzz are visible.
