Google is about to enter a new venture in for the service of broadband network. It offers to serve the customer more with the new service providing a unbelievable speed.
It is all set to launch the service considering all the talks going with the municipalities and the state authorities to build and test the fiber-optic network. It offers to download at an unbelievable speed of 1gigabit per second (which means a full high definition movie can be downloaded in 5 minutes). It plans to avail the offer to one and all, keeping in mind the user is left to choose their service provider.
According to the product manager of the broadband services it aims for a faster service which means faster access marking a pilot test base for the next generation innovation, high speed Internet apps.
Although it may seem to a way for new innovation techniques but the flip side of it suggests Google is increasing a loyalty database around itself. By inducing this service users will be accessing the net more frequently and thereby able to increase the company’s revenue via viewing more ads (of course! it’s the Google-way to make business) and thus increase its popularity. One thing is for sure whichever way the Google sell the users is going to benefit from it.
