Google Resource Available To the Developers – Mike Jazayeri

Google announced on Thursday that it is now making some resource available to the developers. This was announced by Product Manager of Google Group, Mike Jazayeri. The cloud print is still under development.

Google is up grading its chrome OS printing. The company is expected to soon develop a Google Cloud Print system. This system would enable the chrome users to send the documents from any kind of device to the local printers. At the same time, the users would also be able to send the documents to any other shared printers even.

Though the Google cloud is still under development, they just made a code and documentation public. This was done as part of the projects of the open-source Chromium and Chromium OS.

Google has announced its plans to be as much transparent as possible regarding their designs. They also want to engage the community so that they can identify the right set of standards in order to make the cloud-based printing quite ubiquitous.

The company also states that its main aim is to develop and maintain the sub-systems of the print for every combination of hardware as well as operating system. They would in fact, build up a printing experience so that any app on any device can be printed on any printer in any part of the world.

The final details of the project are not yet known because the project is still under development. It wants to explain that the ideal solution would be to use the loud-aware printers who would not require a PC to make the communication.
