Hope for Haiti Now,star-studded telethon

Between each song, pictures of the situation in Port-au-Prince or testimony were released.

Anticipating possible criticism of the artists, the singer of Cold Play, Chris Martin, said their action:
“When something terrible and tragic happens, you must use all your strength, do anything to help. We have no medical skills. Individually, we would be useless on the ground. So the best thing to do is what we do. ”

It is unclear how much money the telethon “Hope for Haiti Now” was picked as the operation continues on the internet.
