iPad’s Network Stability Issues

iPad’s Network Stability Issues - It is the network stability issue again in the newly launched iPad that is causing it to face major difficulties in getting the acceptance at George Washington University and Princeton University.  Students of Cornell University are also facing difficulty in the connectivity problems as well as the overload of the bandwidth of the device.

The iPad is considered to be the next wave in the education technology. If issue pertaining to network problem persists, it can give a huge blow to Apple which has succeeded to go after the higher education market by means of highlighting the portability and availability of electronic books in the iPad.

However, some higher education insiders are worried about the fact that there are not sufficient educational content through the iBookstore app so as to eliminate the costly physical text books. At the same time, students might not be interested to pay $499 or perhaps more depending on the type of the iPad.

In the beginning of this month, George Washington University claimed that the security features of the wireless network do not support the iPad. On the last Wednesday, Princeton University also claimed that it has blocked about 20% of the devices from the network. This was done after a malfunction with the device was found and which can highly disrupt the computer system of the entire school.

In a recent report, it was found that Apple is working with the Princeton University in order to resolve the issue of network problems.
