Two weeks after redesigning and introduction of new Google News, Google have made some changes to reflect people feedback on it. Chris Beckmann, Product Manager has informed via its blog post that two weeks ago Google designed a new news homepage for US with a enhanced customization, discovery and sharing. This redesign was Google’s biggest endeavour since Google News launched in beta in 2002.
Google received a positive feedback over it and some people said that they are missing certain aspects of the previous design, such as the ability to see results grouped by section (U.S., Business, etc.) in two columns.
Now google is all set ready to provide a new News homepage which will incorporate improvements to the design in response to people feedback.
