Sleep 6:00 to 8:00 hours to live longer

A scientific study conducted from Italian Francesco Cappuccio at the ‘University of Warwick, Great Britain, along with researchers at the University of Naples Federico II, also through comparative analysis of 16 studies that involved over 1 million people, has revealed that sleep between 6 or 8 per night is a panacea.

The UK magazine “Sleep” has brought this scientific investigation.The Italian and British researchers say that those who sleep less likely to die prematurely within 25 years .

Healthy sleep, consistently satisfying, beyond the ‘time to count (there’ people need nine hours and other people with five hours of sleep ‘in perfect shape) in good shape keeps the ‘cardiovascular system, brain function and especially the immune system and that’ since it regenerates during the night.
