The bookie Mazhar Majeed, 35, was arrested on Saturday night on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud bookmakers. The reports are coming in that the bookie Mazhar Majeed now released on bail. In an ICC statement it is informed that : ‘The International Cricket Council, the England and Wales Cricket Board and the Pakistan Cricket Board have been informed by the Metropolitan Police that a 35-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud bookmakers.
