An emotional Micah Fletcher said in a six-minute video on his Facebook page that Portland has a "white savior complex" and residents are heaping praise on him, but the real victims are the women.

The lone man to survive Friday's stabbings says he's having a hard time processing what happened.

It was as the train was slowing to a stop at the Hollywood Transit Center, that she finally turned around.

Three men stood to defend the girls, the objects of racial and religious insults.

She also urged Trump to encourage all Americans to protect and watch out for one another and to condemn any acts of violence, which result directly from hate speech and hate groups. "Go home. We need Americans here!" "Like, I don't know what to do after that, you know".

Rick Best was fatally stabbed on a train in Portland, Oregon Saturday, according to Portland police.

That's reportedly when Fletcher became involved.

Police spokesman Pete Simpson confirmed that the man in the KOIN video is Christian. As he continued to yell, he shoved Fletcher in the chest, documents show.

Fletcher is a local college student and poet. He then stabbed both men again, according to the affidavit.

Train security cameras showed Christian taking "large drinks from a bladder style container of purple liquid" that Christian later identified as Sangria wine, the affidavit says.

Christian was waving his knife when he got off the train, Robinson told KATU. Micah Fletcher, who was nearby, got up and stood next to Namkai-Meche. A fourth passenger, Ricky Best, tried to come to their aid and was immediately stabbed as well.

Christian allegedly threatened other passengers as he got off the train.

Christian fled the area, but witnesses followed him and were able to give police directions to his location. And in Gresham, another eastern suburb, prosecutors charged a man with a hate crime after police said he chased down a black teenager with his auto after a fight and struck him, killing him.

"Leave this country if you hate our freedom", he said Tuesday, towards the end of his arraignment.

Officers requested a specially-equipped patrol auto be brought to transport Christian to the Portland Police Bureau's Detective Division.

In the squad auto, police recorders captured statements by Christian, the affidavit said according to Willamette Week. "He was a lovely man, that's what I want people to know". "We're here", Macy said. "I'm going to say that on that stand".

- A video camera inside a patrol vehicle captured Christian saying, "I just stabbed a bunch of (expletive) in their neck".

Christian was arraigned on several charges, including two counts of aggravated murder, attempted murder, two counts of second-degree intimidation and being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, police say.

The man charged with stabbing three men on a Portland light-rail train told jailers that he has no income, no mental health issues and does not remember the last time he had a permanent address.

His felony convictions - for robbery and kidnapping - came in 2002, state corrections department records show. "You got no safe place", Christian said, just moments after entering the courtroom. Lawyers for the public defender's office appeared in court on his behalf.

He was arrested and booked into Multnomah County Jail.

SIEGEL: Now, white nationalist groups are planning two upcoming rallies in Portland, and Portland's mayor has appealed to the organizers to cancel those events. "Get out if you don't like free speech".

"I just want to say thank you to the people who put their life on the line for me", the 16-year-old told KPTV. And I think he's also anxious about the kind of thing, you know, that we saw in court today where you have supporters of the victims in this case and people who are calling themselves free speech activists clashing and that that could lead to more violence.

"Death to the enemies of America". The front row was reserved for the victims' family members. His wound was within millimeters of being fatal, court documents say.

As people outside the courtroom began to shout, deputies led Christian away through the secure back door.
