This was the new change that was brought out to the Multi Listing Service (MLS). At the same time, they would have to contact the prospective buyers directly by phone.
Though advertisements can be done on the MLS, but they would have to show the house to the buyer and write the necessary offer. With the changes brought out recently to the MLS, it is expected that one can save plenty of money that had to be spent on the middleman.
At the same time, this measure is also taken in order to make people understand that private sales are not that easy. However, it is also considered as a step that is largely insulting the agents.
